§ 240-1. Excessive noise prohibited.

Unreasonably loud, disturbing or unnecessary noise, or any noise of such character, volume or duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual, or which is in the disturbance of public peace and welfare, is hereby prohibited. Any person causing such excessive noise shall be deemed in violation of this chapter and subject to its penalty.
