§ 85-5. Expenses and compensation.

Members of the Plan Commission shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenditures incurred in the performance of their duties and shall submit expense reports to the Town Clerk pursuant to the practices and procedures of the Town Board. Members of the Plan Commission shall be paid for their services in the form of a per diem as provided for in Chapter 17, Compensation, of the Town Code.
